    This document is an exact copy of the paper copy on file at the City Clerks Office

  2. An indexed and bookmarked set of files for easy search and browsing. 
    This set of files was abstracted from the original files and indexed by the webmaster. Every effort was made to insure accuracy but as in all things human is subject to error. In the event of a discrepancy the Master Book on file in the City Clerks office will take precedent.
